Old newsstands are being turned into healthy food kiosks in Chicago, reports Kevin Pang. Mayor Rahm Emanuel hopes to have four of the mini-food joints on city sidewalks by year’s end; the first one debuted on Monday. Salads, wraps and grab-n-go goods are sold out of the 45-square-foot kiosks.
